It takes three days to fire up the boiler on a steam tug. To see ST Yelta’s boilers in action without having to leave dry land, stop by the vessel at its Queens Wharf berth on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 May between 10am and 4pm. Come and say hello to our volunteers who will be hard at work preparing the vessel for cruising.
