Adam is a cultural heritage professional with a wide range of experience. Over the past ten years he has worked as a heritage consultant for Archaeological and Heritage Management Solutions, lecturer at Flinders University and is now a curator at the South Australian Maritime Museum. An active researcher Adam has recently completed his PhD which examined issues of power and value during the 2002-2011 Port Adelaide Waterfront Redevelopment. In particular class and its impact on the production and consumption of heritage and the role of heritage experts during the development were considered. The research was funded by the Australian Research Council and industry partners; the South Australian Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the South Australian Maritime Museum and Archaeological and Heritage Management Solutions.
